Centred on power chords that wander up and down the guitar neck, Good Morning have released something that is powerful in its simplicity. In many ways, ‘Depends On What I Know’ is a minimalistic track that doesn’t build in texture much until its final moments. Instead, we can focus on the duo’s lyrics. “I usually try to bury the words in some level of abstraction so that they can be interpreted in different ways, but I suppose the overarching idea is that you can only do what you do, and make the decisions you make, based on the information you have at your disposal,” Stefan Blair reveals.
